This issue emphasizes the multidimensional nature of performance, integrating physical, psychological, social, and pedagogical perspectives.
The featured studies examine wellness and well-being among physical education and health teachers, the impact of innovative sports equipment such as carbon fiber–plated shoes on athletic performance, and the role of structured exercise interventions in managing academic stress among sedentary university students. Additionally, this issue explores performance enhancement through plyometric training in women’s volleyball athletes, investigates group cohesion in team sports within higher education settings, and assesses training competencies and coaching styles among badminton coaches.

The Journal accepts the following categories of Articles:
All submitted papers are subjected to a comprehensive blind review process by at least 2 experts in the relevant field. Each paper is evaluated on relevance, originality, clarity, and impact. The review cycle generally takes 8-12 weeks, with editorial decisions shared post-review. Rejected submissions receive guidance for improvement and may be resubmitted for fresh review.
